The chicks are growing

Our chicks are really no longer "chicks" they are HUGE and continue to get bigger every day. I had no idea they'd grow so quickly. But even though they're big, the boys can't get enough of holding them. They usually take a few minutes to catch, but Clark always holds Jillian

and Peter goes for Big Red.

It's amazing to me how kind these chickens are. They rarely put up a fight when the boys hold them, even though the boys aren't always the kindest to them.

I think it's safe to say, though, that we love our chickies. Only a few more months until we should start to get some eggs!
