Mammoth Caves

We're lucky that we live only a couple of hours from Mammoth Cave, which is the world's longest known cave. It is also Kentucky's number one tourist destination and the second oldest tourist destination in the US. I forget exactly, but it's something like 394 known miles. It was pretty awesome. The pictures, obviously, aren't great---but it was close to pitch black inside so what can we expect? We went on 2 tours, the Frozen Niagra Tour and a self-guided "discovery" tour. I'm so glad we did because they were very different from each other (The Niagra Tour was significantly cooler than the Discovery Tour).

Just one more place we can take you when you come to visit. Because you're coming, right? :)
