Zoo day

Yesterday was the absolute BEST day to go to the zoo. I thought it would be busy because of the holiday, but it was just the opposite. I felt like no one was there (it may have also been because the weather was questionable--kind of rainy off and on but still warm). We went with our friends and had so much fun. Here is Clark with his friend, Anna.


The zoo has an incredibly fun splash pad and we were pretty much the only ones there for about 45 minutes (one other little boy)! The last time we came it was crowded with big kids so Clark never got to go on the slides, but this time they got the whole thing to themselves! He went over, and over, and over, and over again.



Good times with good friends...what can be better?

    Makayla has that same swimsuit as Anna. How funny! Isn't that great when you get to enjoy the whole place (the zoo) to yourselves. Always makes it so much more fun because you get to do everything.

    Looks like a great trip! I'm always surprised to hear of great visits on holidays - don't spread the word too far that nobody goes places on these days! What a cute little friend... glad you've made some already!
