When my mom was in town, she and the boys went on a walk and found this tent on the side of the road in a "garbage" pile. They brought it home and we set it up in the backyard. Then the three of them spent the afternoon in the tent reading books, eating snacks, and enjoying staying dry while it rained outside. What fun memories with Grandma!
what a great grandma. how fun!! you can't buy memories like that. i'm sure that's one they'll remember forever, at least clark will.

ReplyDeleteI would like to add that it was completely new in the box. Thrown on the side with all this litter and broken down boards and piles of branches, etc. It was quite the find! I love thinking about it too. It was a special memory for me as well. BUT - can you move closer Jodie!!
