Clark got to play with his cousins and was introduced to the joy of computer games by Keane.
On the 4th, we had a lot of fun at a parade (which was like 80% tractors). Don't let Clark's face fool you in this picture--he had a blast!
Then we let the boys stay up late to watch fireworks from Conan and Missy's backyard. We didn't see many fireworks, but we did see a lot of fireflies and we heard the booms. Plus they got to play with sparklers and eat smores (Clark just wanted the marshmallows) so they had a great night...(no pics, though, due to lack of light!)
I think that Clark's favorite thing about our trip was the animals. Conan and Missy have a couple of cats, and this one (Pumpkin) was especially friendly. She let Clark pick her up and practically strangle her. If ever Clark was MIA, I'd usually find him outside playing with Pumpkin.
Conan and Missy also just hatched 7 little chicks! So the day we left, the chicks were old enough for us to hold. Clark thought it was awesome.
Who knew Clark would be such an animal lover with a mom like me?Thanks, Conan and Missy for such a fun weekend! We can't wait to come back!
We have a kitten named Cheeto that looks a lot like Pumpkin and my nephew nearly kills him every time he comes over.

Adrian and his brother are so handsome. The whole gang looked super. 5 boys and one little girl. So cute. Sounds like the perfect visit!
