Peter Turned 5!

Peter had a very fun fifth birthday.  We woke him up with breakfast in bed and spent the day doing some of his favorite things like going to the park and eating at McDonald's for lunch.

Happy Birthday, to my handsome boy!

Just a fun comparisson

I love this guy!

He had a birthday!

The little guy had a birthday and we can't believe he's so old already!  We woke him up with breakfast in "bed" and he opened the two gifts we got him.  It was a fun morning being together and showering him with love.  Then, since it was the 4th of July, we drove up to Ohio to see family.  For his birthday, he had a bike ride in grandma's bike trailer and a ice cream "popsicle".  He thought it was the best day ever. :)

It has been a very fun and busy year.  I won't say he has been the easiest baby, by any stretch of the imagination, but he has been a very fun, very determined little guy.   We love him in our family.  Happy birthday, Big Guy!

We're back up and running

Our desktop died on us about 2 months ago and after much trial and error, Adrian found what was wrong and got us back up and running last night!  It's been a long 2 months.  We still had our tablets and a geriatric laptop, but it felt like I had a missing arm or something. Ha!

Anyways, we've done much and here are a few pictures of our June:
We had a fun time going bowling for the first time!

He started climbing! Eek!

Swinging!

Sprinklers!

Playing in the rainwater! Please notice the winter boots on the lady and the rain boots they're using to pour. Ha!

Eleven Months

We just love this little guy! Eleven months.  He is the happiest, giggliest, wiggliest baby ever.  This photo shoot was luck--this is the first picture I got and then the rest were just funny.

He now crawls (instead of army crawling), likes to experiment with standing, climb stairs, giggles and laughs, plays peek-a-boo, and has the sweetest personality.  He just broke his 4th tooth and likes to chomp things with them. Cutest kid ever.

I can't believe we'll be celebrating his first birthday next month!  Time is just whizzing past!

Our May

Lots of things happened in May.  I felt like it was non-stop and I am now so happy it's summer break!  Here are some things we did:
We went camping over Memorial Day weekend and had so much fun!

Claire finally learned how to pedal her bike!

I got a haircut (finally!)

We had our last lunch with Clark at his school.

Peter went "rappelling"

Five days before school ended, Clark completely tore through his shoes.  He had to wear his church shoes the rest of the year!

Like, REALLY tore through them! ha!

Our first, beautiful strawberry--in shape of a heart.

Claire is three!

We were a little partied out from Clark's birthday, but I didn't want to not do something for Claire.  So we had a couple of her friends come for a Hello Kitty party.  We kind of just put it together the night before and didn't do much.  We colored Hello Kitty pictures, played with play-doh, danced, and ate the cake.  It was simple, fun, and perfect for my sweet 3-year-old.  I sure love her!

Happy Birthday, girlie!

Clark is seven!

I can't believe they just keep growing! :)

Clark turned seven and had such a fun birthday party.  He is STILL obsessed with Angry Birds so I appeased him by agreeing to an angry birds party.  It actually really was a blast.  We made a giant sling shot which was the hit of the party.  We also had a parachute, popsicles, party games, and a pinata.  When it was over Clark told me, "It was even better than I thought it would be!"

It was so windy that the candles didn't light.  He was a good sport about it anyways!

I hope he doesn't expect us to top it next year!
